Coach Luciano Medina has been an impacting member of the Queens Distance Runners since 2014. His drive to improve his understanding of training for Distance Running has assisted members of Queens Distance improve on a Universal Level. He has since been accredited as a Level III USTAF Coach and organizes Group Sessions that are Free of Charge.

“Faster, Together”, is usually on Tuesdays, with a focus on an extensive warmup and culminates in intensive workouts that are relative to your goals.

“Stronger, Together”, usually falls on Thursdays, and with a focus on CORE muscles, gives your legs a chance to recover (from running), but developing Strength and Conditioning cannot be overlooked.
