Meetup- 6:30AM East River Track, Straight to Warm-Up and Dynamic Stretches
Workout Starts- 6:45AM

The Workout
8×200 Meters @ 5K Pace- 200 Meters Recovery
1 Mile @ 5K Pace

Note- Once the workout is complete, you are welcome to enjoy a cooldown jog at the East River Promenade. Teammates and Friends of Queens Distance are welcome to come out and enjoy this rare opportunity that we have at the East River Track!
