For 4/4:

Marathon Group- 8×400 Meters from Marathon Pace to 5K Pace, 6×800 at Marathon to 10k Pace, 8×200 Meters at 5K Pace, Cooldown for 10 Minutes

5K/10K Group- 4×100 Meters at 5K to Mile Pace, 8×200 Meters at 5K Pace to Mile Pace, 1 Mile at Goal 5K Pace)
