Meetup- 6:30AM (Going right into Dynamic Warmup, Strides)

Speed Session
4 Sets of 300/600/300 Meters- The 300 Meter Repeats will range close to Mile Pace feel, and the 600 Meters will be slightly more relaxed than 5K Pace Feel. There will be a Full Loop Recovery Between Sets. Recovery between 300 to 600 to 300 is 200 Meters.

Endurance
4×200 Meters at 5K Pace Feel
8×800 Meters at Half Marathon Pace, adding surges on the 5th, 6th and 8th Rep.
4×200 Meters at Mile Pace.

Please do your best to arrive early (but we will wait until 8AM) and feel free to welcome anyone to our Track Session!
