Do you best to arrive at Queensborough Community College Track by 6:30PM so we can start our dynamic warmup!
The Workouts will be tailored to those running the NYC Half (a sharp tuneup rather than a draining workout), and those training for a 5K.
Warmup Starts- 6:45PM (Drills, 6 Loops with Strides)
Half Marathon Workout- 3 sets of 1 Mile at Half Marathon Pace, (400 Rest), 800 Meters at 10K Pace (400 Rest), 2 Miles at Half Marathon Pace with Negative Split, Cooldown
5K Workout- 4×200 Meters at 5K Pace, 8×400 Meters (Playing with your kick towards the end), 4×200 Meters. Cooldown
