Warm-Up and Dynamic Stretch Routine
First 3 @ 5K pace, next 3 @ mile pace, last 4 @ 1K pace.
Keep building the POWER! As we keep nearing Winter races, we will take aim at incorporating more speed through shorter distance repetitions. The rest is 100 meters between reps. You should relax, almost coming to a complete slow jog or else the recovery will come to a close and you’ll begin the next repetition fatigued.
