Queens Marathon Long Training Run #11- Course Preview

Run Starts- 7:45AM

Let’s get at least four More Training Runs using the Queens Marathon Official Course!
This time, the Start Line has been slightly altered and will begin approximately 30 Meters South of the Unisphere heading South.

If you happen to make a wrong turn, that’s okay! Think of the Queens Unisphere as your Compass, you are either running away or towards the Unisphere. Try and get a good look at the Map so you are aware of what the route is. We will do our best to get a few teammates to stand in at some of the crucial turns.

If you are running 3 or 4 Loops, let’s go ahead and negative split the run. Use the first loop to absorb the route and pick up on what to expect (wind, views and course details) and settle into a groove going into the 2nd and 3rd Loop!
