Racing is for everyone willing to put themselves out there for their goals. Whether you’re an new runner or an elite, the hard work must be done to get to the finish line.
Some Queens Distance Runners are coming back from injuries and just running pain-free is an accomplishment. Others go through months and months to gain a personal best by a few seconds. Whatever our goals are, we celebrate all accomplishments. At the end of the day, “fast” is relative and becoming a better person and getting to know oneself is what we gain from our races.
